BIOGRAPHY

Selma Quist-Møller is a mother, a psychologist educated from UC Berkeley, UCLA, and Copenhagen University, a researcher, and a writer studying post-traumatic growth from collective, cultural, and intergenerational trauma.

Her research on post-traumatic growth focuses on bridging science and trauma-informed mindfulness practices through the lens of interpersonal neurobiology. Through facilitating public forums and workshops on her research findings, she has developed a model that explores community action and an expanded sense of self as promising interventions to healing and growing from trauma. Selma has shared her work in places like the Danish Parliament, The International Conference in Mindfulness, PwC, and Wisdom 2.0.
