Amy Milhinch is a creative brain, with decades of brand, design and communication experience. Amy joined the Compassion Revolution as our Director, Design for Social Change in March 2023. Amy finds extraordinary ways to embed compassion into the workplace using design thinking and creative approaches to support behaviour change and new habits and ritual.

Amy’s 30 year professional life has been with graphic design studios, advertising and digital agencies and publishing. She has a refined understanding of storytelling for impact, and targeted marketing strategies. She is a champion of the arts and is involved in people movements that are social at their heart, from healthcare and aged care, community building and wellbeing, place making and the environment.
