BIOGRAPHY

Padmini Pai is an experienced Social Worker, Service Manager and Program Lead for many NSW district wide initiatives. In 2020 she provided immediate crisis support to staff at Milton Hospital, following the Australian bushfire crisis.

In early 2020. Padmini was the recipient of the Chief Executive’s Extra Ordinary Award for Leadership Excellence in 2020 for her amazing work in supporting Workplace wellbeing. Her work at Milton Hospital has received a prestigious NHMRC Grant to explore why her staff led approach was so successful.
