Micaela Cronin is the Director at the Future Social Service Institute in Melbourne. Prior to that, she spent three years living in Cambodia as the global CEO for Hagar International, working across Asia and building global service delivery and strategic partnerships to tackle human trafficking and human rights abuses.

She is also a past CEO of MacKillop Family Services and has extensive leadership and governance experience including being President of both the Victorian Council of Social Services, and the Australia Council of Social Services.
