Lucy has a background as a lawyer, company director and social worker, having worked across multiple settings including corporate, education, local government and not for profit.

She is author of Beyond the Stethoscope: doctors’ stories of reclaiming hope, heart and healing in medicine, inspired her doctor husband’s journey with burnout.
