DAY 1— Wednesday 12 November at 3:45pm
Compassion as our core in the emergency department

BIOGRAPHY

Dr Andrew Tagg is a paediatric emergency physician, writer, and educator who believes compassion is a clinical skill—not a personality trait. Having previously spoken at Compassion Revolution on clinician mental health and burnout, he returns this year to explore what it means to hold compassion at the centre of our practice, especially in our most challenging moments. Andy is co-founder of Don’t Forget The Bubbles, an international medical education platform, and an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne. His work invites us to lead with curiosity, communicate with humanity, and care even when it’s hard.
